1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vibeCoach (tryvibecoach.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

vibeCoach is an AI-powered voice conversation practice platform. You engage in real-time voice conversations with AI characters to practice social scenarios such as starting conversations, navigating difficult discussions, and building confidence. After each session, you receive AI-generated coaching feedback.

The service is for educational and personal development purposes. It is not therapy, counseling, or professional advice.

3. Account and Access

• You must be at least 18 years old to use vibeCoach.
• You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• One account per person. Do not share your account or let others use it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• vibeCoach uses a credit-based system. Each practice session costs credits.
• New users receive a limited number of free credits upon signup.
• Additional credits can be purchased through the app. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Dodo Payments / LemonSqueezy).
• All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits remain valid.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the AI characters
• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or hateful content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Create multiple accounts to farm free credits
• Resell or commercially redistribute access to the service

6. AI-Generated Content

Coaching feedback and AI character responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for helpful and accurate feedback, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate.

vibeCoach is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please seek help from a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual Property

• The vibeCoach platform, branding, scenarios, and AI prompts are our property.
• Your conversation transcripts belong to you. We retain a license to use them for providing the service and improving our AI models.
• AI-generated feedback is provided for your personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

vibeCoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI feedback will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibeCoach's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may impose limits on usage, including daily session caps, to manage capacity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

10. Termination

You can stop using vibeCoach at any time. To delete your account, email us at [email protected].

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of India.
