MusionCorp ("we", "us", "our") operates vibeCoach, an AI-powered voice conversation practice platform available at tryvibecoach.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Account Information

• Name, email address, and profile photo (provided via Google Sign-In)
• Account preferences and onboarding responses

Voice Conversation Data

• Audio from your practice conversations (processed in real time, not permanently stored as audio files)
• Conversation transcripts generated during sessions
• AI-generated feedback and performance scores

Usage Data

• Session history, credit balance, and purchase records
• Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns
• Device type, browser, and approximate location (via analytics)

Payment Information

• Payment transactions are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card number, bank details, or other financial account information on our servers. We receive only transaction confirmations and purchase metadata from LemonSqueezy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the vibeCoach service
• Generate personalized AI feedback on your conversations
• Track session history and credit usage
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
• Prevent abuse and enforce our terms

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate vibeCoach. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:

• Vapi.ai — Powers real-time voice conversations. Processes audio during calls.
• OpenAI — Generates conversation feedback and coaching analysis from session transcripts.
• Supabase — Hosts our database (user profiles, sessions, transcripts).
• LemonSqueezy — Processes credit purchases and payments.
• Google — Provides authentication via Google Sign-In.
• Vercel — Hosts the application and serverless backend.
• Google Analytics & Meta Pixel — Collect anonymized usage and advertising analytics.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use a minimal number of cookies:

• Authentication cookie — An HTTP-only cookie containing a signed token to keep you logged in (expires after 7 days).
• Analytics cookies — Set by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for usage and advertising measurement. You can opt out via your browser settings or by using an ad blocker.

We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking beyond the analytics services listed above.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed in Section 3, and only as necessary to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and session history for as long as your account is active. Conversation transcripts and feedback are stored to provide you with your session history. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, HTTP-only authentication cookies, and Row Level Security on our database. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
